With the recent release of Beyond: Two Souls, there has been some controversial news going around.
Ellen Page, a Canadian actress that played the main character in the game, is may filing a lawsuit against Sony, along with Quantic Dream, who developed the game, for the game containing a nude scene of the main character. The angle in which you can see her nude is not in the original game. Hackers somehow got around to being able to move the camera angle freely showing the character how she wasn’t supposed to be shown. Now, since Ellen Page was the actress for this character, she believes that they used her body for the scene as she did wear the motion tracking dots and suit for the motion and shape of her character.
There have been attempts in removing images and video from the internet of this scene, but you know, IT’S THE INTERNET, so they all won’t get removed.
This is big news in the gaming industry and we might be seeing a pretty big lawsuit coming up so stay tuned for that.
